    Description
    MBA degree from a reputed B-school.

    • Min. 4 to 5 years of marketing experience with software, SaaSbased, or technology products in the B2B space.
    • Create the demand generation plan with a mix of email marketing, digital, social, events, webinars etc.
    • Own the campaign process (plan, create, launch, manage) for customers to drive lead generation for North America (NA).
    • Execute the marketing plans and campaigns for SaaS portfolio across NA.
    • Sound knowledge of content & digital marketing techniques.
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills to collaborate with sales, and other marketing teams.
    • Identify market opportunities, articulate competitive differentiation, and deeply understand target segments to evolve and help execute the marketing plan.
    • Establish value propositions and create solution messaging relevant to the regional markets.
    • Prior experience on partner marketing will be great.
    • Highly organized with particular attention to details.
    • Analyze, benchmark, and report on campaigns and marketing tactics, including monthly and quarterly reviews.
    • Ability to remain flexible and prioritize while juggling multiple projects in a tight, deadlineoriented environment.
    • Ability to work in a teamoriented, collaborative environment.
    • Creative thinker, team player, detailoriented, organized, selfmotivated and an effective communicator.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills a must.
    • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and project management tools, such as Marketo, Salesforce, Clarizen preferred.
