- Engage in technical troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Should be able to delve into UI code – mobile or portal, analyze code in backend services (Node JS, Python or any such app programming languages)
- Create DT synthetics, SPLUNK based monitoring, Tealeaf monitors and reports, advanced SPLUNK querying.
- Delve into technical issues impacting databases, caching, infrastructure, and applications – and arrive at solutions.
- On demand reporting
- Adhoc on demand support when needed on managed incidents.
- Scripting data fixes, automating job runs.
- 10+ year of Years experience in application development and coding
- College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.
- Hands on experience with most of the following technologies:
- React / React Native / Angular and Java
- Mongo DB,
- Node JS
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google App Engine, or Heroku)
- Experience with Application Monitoring Tools (Splunk, Cloudwatch, Dynatrace etc)
- Strong experience with enterprise security Including IAM Roles & Policies, Auth0 / Okta, Encryption, API Gateways, Firewalls, Private Cloud)
- Proven experience with coding and supporting enterprise application solutions.
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Demonstrate ability to perform root cause analysis and suggest rectification options.
- Ability to mentor and lead junior engineers
- Demonstrated experience in coding, technical analysis.
- Ability to navigate a geographically diverse team and communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud-based architecture usage in complex applications
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrate the ability to solve problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Have a quality mindset, not just code quality but also to ensure ongoing application/data quality by monitoring data to identify problems before they have business impact
