    Overview :

    As a Human Resources Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks and projects.

    This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and other key areas within the HR function.

    You will have the opportunity to learn from seasoned HR professionals and gain insight into the intricacies of managing human capital within an organization.


    Responsibilities :
    Recruitment Support:Assist in posting job vacancies on job boards and company career portals.
    Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
    Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics.
    Participate in interviews as needed and provide feedback.


    Onboarding and Offboarding:
    Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing welcome materials, coordinating orientation sessions, and assisting with paperwork completion.
    Assist in conducting exit interviews and processing offboarding documentation.


    HR Administration:
    Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    Assist in organizing and maintaining HR files, both physical and electronic.
    Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and performance evaluation forms.


    Employee Relations:
    Provide support in handling employee inquiries and concerns.
    Assist in conducting research on HR policies and best practices.
    Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.


    HR Projects:
    Collaborate with HR team members on special projects such as employee surveys, training programs, or policy updates.
    Conduct research and analysis to support HR initiatives and decision-making.


    Compliance:
    Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
    Support the HR team in maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and industry trends.


    Qualifications :
    Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
    Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Prior HR experience or relevant internship is a plus.
