Overview:

The OracleEBS Consultant plays a crucial role in implementing and supportingOracle EBusiness Suite (EBS) solutions for our clients. They areresponsible for understanding business processes analyzingrequirements and configuring the EBS applications to meet theorganizations needs. The role involves collaborating withstakeholders providing expert guidance on EBS functionality andensuring successful system integration.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Designs andimplements application configurations to meet business processesand application requirements
• Experience withScrum and Agile methodology is a plus
• Work withTechnical resources to build the concurrentprocess
• Should be able to juggle multiplepriorities and work in a dynamicenvironment
• Develop operating system scripts toautomate backups data transfersmonitoring
• Provides direction and coaching toother IT staff
• Work with business to managedemand/backlog for IT changes
• Work with ITanalysts/developers to track changeprogress
• Assists with requirements gatheringand definition
• Design develop implementmaintain and unit test PL/SQL software applications over Oracledatabase and Linux on different database schemas functions andstored procedures
• Converts businessrequirements into technical specifications technical projectplans
• Works with functional analysts/superusersto identify gaps and explore resolutionoptions
• Lead and participate in theimplementation and customization of Oracle EBSmodules
• Provide functional and technicalexpertise in Oracle EBS applications
• Writesscripts and sets up test data for unit performance (load stress)and system integration testing particularly packaged applicationconfigurations
• Supports UAT and longflowtesting
• Provides technical (L2/L3) support forapplications
• Act as Subject Matter Expert onOracle eBS Financials produce scalable efficient and supportablesolutions with appropriate technical solutions utilizing Oracle andrelated technologies
• Support global Oracle eBSFinancial system interfacing with multiple regional systems and 3rdparty applications
• Work with global teammembers of finance clients IT Developers other support teams andthirdparty vendors
• Collaborate with businessleaders and other IT leaders in developing an architecture andapplication roadmap that costeffectively meets or exceeds thebusiness requirements
• Responsible for thecompletion of all required Change Management tasks and relevant SOXcontrol requirements
• Manage implementations oftechnical and functional Oracle EBSsolutions
• Responsible for project financesincluding the development of financialplans

RequiredQualifications:

• Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or relatedfield
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBSmodules such as Financials Supply Chain HRMS andCRM
• List any licenses or certifications ofEBS ITIL PMP SCRUM CISA CBAP PMI SSO OPP or DBA thatwill be an added advantage for the position
• 3 years of experience with largescaleconsulting including supporting Oraclerelated applications such asproficiency with tools used to support Oracleapplications
• Experience developing solutionsfor Oracle s eBusiness Suite and participating in multiple Oracleapplication implementations and at least one 12.2implementation
• Ability and desire to guide andteach developers new to EBS and assist them in becoming advancedEBS developers
• Knowledge of security systemsincluding firewalls intrusion detection systems authenticationsystems log management and contentfiltering
• Demonstrates expert understanding ofand experience with QA best practices processes and methodologiesand their application in an enterpriseenvironment
• Ability to lead other junior QAteam members and coordinate User Acceptancetesting
• Minimum of 6 years of manualfunctional/regression testing design and execution experiencewithin Oracle EBusiness Data Warehouse Cognos and webapplications
• Experience with developing a Javaintegration with an external interfaced system including travel orprocurement systems
• Experience with Javaprogramming including developing integrations with Oracle databaseand APIs
• Experience in technical specificationsand design Oracle forms reports SQL PL/SQL UNIX and supportingOracle EBS R12 and integrations using Javatechnologies
• Experience with the current OracleEBS offerings and related products including federalversions
