    As an EIR specializing in Marketing and Influencer Engagement, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing relationships with influencers to amplify our brand presence.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a focus on influencer marketing strategies. Additionally, experience with the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) is preferred, as it aligns with our strategic objectives.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Influencer Engagement:

    • Identify and establish relationships with influencers relevant to our industry and target audience.
    • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
    • Collaborate with influencers to create compelling content that aligns with our brand messaging.
    • Datadriven mindset with the ability to analyse marketing metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products/services.

    Marketing Strategy:

    • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products/services.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.
    • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make datadriven recommendations.

    UPSC Integration:

    • Leverage your experience with the UPSC to develop marketing strategies that resonate with our audience within this niche.
    • Stay informed about UPSC trends, events, and developments to capitalize on relevant opportunities.
    • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to align marketing efforts with UPSCrelated goals.

    Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work crossfunctionally with teams such as product development, sales, and customer service to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Communicate regularly with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree from Tier 1 institute in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in influencer marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
    • Familiarity with the UPSC and its ecosystem is highly preferred.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
    • Datadriven mindset with the ability to analyse marketing metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
