We are seeking a skilled Civil Supervisor to oversee our construction projects in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing construction sites, ensuring quality and safety standards are met while leading a team of workers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and laborers to ensure project timelines are met.
• Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Prepare daily reports on construction progress, issues, and solutions implemented.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address any technical challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Ensure that materials and equipment are delivered and utilized effectively on-site.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in civil construction supervision or management.
