    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Define and implement strategies to identify and onboard B2C / D2C partners onto our platform.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential partnership opportunities that align with business objectives.
    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of partner segments and their specific needs to tailor partnership strategies accordingly.
    • Actively source and engage potential B2C / D2C partners through various channels, including industry events, networking and online platforms.
    • Develop and execute strategies to nurture and retain existing B2C/D2C partnerships, ensuring longterm sustainability and growth.
    • Regularly engage with partners to understand their evolving needs and challenges and proactively address issues to strengthen the partnership.
    • Take ownership of monthly product sales targets through the partnership channel.
    • Identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
    • Track sales performance, analyze data and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met.
    • Collaborate with internal teams such as product, tech, sales etc to ensure alignment of partnership strategies with overall business objectives.

    Requirements:

    • Proven 68 years of experience in partnership management, preferably within the fintech or B2C industry.
    • Strong understanding of B2C / D2C market dynamics, including defining and executing partnership strategies.
    • Expertise in defining, analyzing and tailoring strategies for B2C/D2C partner acquisitions.
    • Demonstrated success in sourcing, evaluating and nurturing B2C/D2C partnerships to sustainably meet monthly sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
    • Strong business acumen, enabling strategic thinking, market trend analysis and identification of partnership opportunities driving business growth.
    • Proactive mindset, taking ownership of partnership initiatives and driving successful execution.
    • Capacity to thrive in a fastpaced environment, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
