Location: Jalandhar, Punjab
Join Space Race, a leader in architectural design and innovation, as our new Site Execution Head. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee our high-end residential projects across India. This role demands a blend of onsite acumen and strategic office-based planning.**
Mandatory Requirements:
1. Proven Experience: Minimum of 7 years of direct experience working on high-end residential construction sites.
2. Multi-site Coordination: Demonstrated capability in managing multiple project sites simultaneously.
3. Leadership Skills: Experience in leading a team of site engineers, with a minimum of three team members under direct supervision.
4. Flexibility to Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across India to various project sites as required.
5. Adaptive Working Style: Comfortable working both in office settings and on active construction sites.
6. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in taking precise measurements and overseeing construction specifications.
7. Project Reporting: Responsible for preparing and reviewing Daily Progress Reports (DPR) to ensure project milestones are met and documented effectively.
Other Requirements:
1. Project Planning: Able to create and manage Gantt charts for project scheduling and tracking.
2. Professional Development: Eager to learn and adapt for future growth within the company.
3. Team Coordination: Must conduct regular check-ins via WhatsApp to maintain communication and project alignment.
4. Remote Site Management: Capable of managing sites remotely through pictures and daily progress reports.
5. Mentorship: Experience in training and developing site engineers into high-performing professionals.
6. Commitment to Training: Ready to dedicate extra time to training and professional development of team members.
7. Disciplinary Experience: Experience with the disciplinary process, including the firing of team members, when necessary.
8. Quality Assurance: Skilled in using checklists for quality control and ensuring high standards in all aspects of project execution.
Compensation:
Starting salary package: ₹4.8 L per annum, with additional performance-based incentives and benefits.
