Experience: - 8 YearsWe are in search of an Automation Testing Engineer proficient in Java and Selenium to enhance our software testing processes.

This role involves developing automated test scripts, executing tests, and ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.


Responsibilities:

Test Automation Development:
Develop robust and maintainable automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver to validate software functionality.


Test Execution:
Execute automated test suites to identify defects, verify fixes, and ensure the overall quality of software releases.


Test Framework Enhancement:
Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of our automation testing framework to improve efficiency, reliability, and coverage.


Bug Reporting:
Document and report software defects accurately, providing detailed information to facilitate resolution by development teams.


Regression Testing:
Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and enhancements do not adversely affect existing functionality.


Collaboration:
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, identify test scenarios, and prioritize testing efforts.


Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in automation testing. Propose and implement improvements to testing processes and methodologies.

Requirements:
Proficiency in Java programming language and Selenium WebDriver.
Experience with test automation frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.
Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
