At the forefront of AI innovation, we seek a seasoned Senior AI Engineer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge, reliable systems.

• Key Responsibilities

• Achieve technical excellence by architecting and building high-performance AI-enabled products that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and foundation models. Drive new techniques into production rapidly, rather than focusing on reports.


• Orient data indexing, ranking, and query processing systems towards optimal performance for high-impact Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).


• Develop robust frameworks for evaluating agent performance, RAG system efficacy, and various LLMs. A polyglot approach is preferred when working with LLMs; open-source models are given preference for workload execution.


• Elevate team standards through architectural decisions and set an example via design reviews

Qualifications:
