    Overview:


    We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Manager of Recruitment Operations to lead our recruitment team in the fast-paced environment of the IT software industry.

    This role requires exceptional leadership skills, deep knowledge of recruitment processes, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and high-growth environment.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Team Leadership and Management:
    Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 14+ recruiters, ensuring high performance, motivation, and professional development.
    Set clear performance objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, regularly tracking and evaluating their progress.
    Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the recruitment team.2.


    Recruitment Strategy and Planning:
    Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the evolving talent needs of the organization.
    Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the quality of hires.


    Stakeholder Engagement:


    Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads, executives, and HR partners, to understand their talent requirements and priorities.

    Serve as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, providing insights, recommendations, and updates on recruitment activities.
    Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and issue resolution related to recruitment processes and candidate experiences.4.


    Talent Acquisition:
    Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
    Drive proactive talent sourcing strategies, leveraging various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and talent pipelines.

    Monitor recruitment metrics and analyze recruitment data to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, and make data-driven decisions.

    In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into effective recruitment strategies.

    Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
