    Job Overview

    Entry-level HR Administrator role at The Golden Rise, supporting the company's mission to empower individuals financially. Part-time, remote, or hybrid position available for candidates with less than 1 year of experience. Job locations include Nellore, Tirupati, Guntur, Kakinada, and Khammam.     Qualifications and Skills

    • Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in office software, especially Microsoft Office suite
    • Ability to work with quotas and meet deadlines

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Support HR operations by maintaining employee records and databases
    • Assist in recruitment processes including posting job ads and scheduling interviews
