    The CTC for this role is 16-25 LPA and it's a night shift supporting USA market. It will be hybrid role from noida.


    Responsibilities:

    • Conducting outbound sales calls to potential customers in the US and Europe, leveraging your expertise to effectively communicate the value propositions of our digitization solutions.
    • Proactively identifying and qualifying leads through strategic research and market analysis, ensuring a targeted approach in reaching out to prospects.
    • Collaborating closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and conversion, driving sales growth and revenue targets.
    • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs and pain points to tailor solutions that best meet their requirements.
    • Scheduling and coordinating sales calls with potential customers, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing calendars and appointments.
    • Providing comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations during sales calls, effectively showcasing the features and benefits of our solutions to drive customer engagement and interest.
    • Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and facilitating seamless communication within the team.
    • Adhering to a flexible work schedule, including night shifts, to accommodate customer time zones and maximize outreach opportunities across different regions.
    • Staying updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to remain competitive in the marketplace and position our solutions effectively.
    • Continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the inside sales function, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in Inside Sales and Leads Generation for the US or Europe Market
    • Account Management and Customer Satisfaction skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
