• Design & Execute variable delivery models at the Zone level (Non Partner & LMA)
• End to end peak hiring program management for the zone/cluster (Planning & Execution)
• Accountable and drive delivery cost (VCPS)
• Closely partner with National Supply Head and Zonal Managers to ensure planning & delivery of right model mix
• Prepare annual/monthly operating plan for clusters & zone by partnering with the stakeholders
• Capacity and Availability Planning MOM
• 100% availability of last mile talent
• Identify, scale and strengthen the right influencers locally and onboard as per the business requirements
• Optimize talent cost/speed of hiring
• Build strategy for deficit closure (Branding / Marketing activities)
