    Role andResponsibilities:
    • Advisingon matters related to environmentalconservation
    • Carrying out environmental impactassessments
    • Reviewing designs and providingconstructive feedback
    • Checking BOQ and ensuringbudget compliance
    • Coordinating with externalconsultants liaising and guiding the executionteam
    • Preparing site analysis and progressreports
    • Supervising onsite work to ensureadherence to approved designs
    • Guiding the siteteam in resolving siteleveldifficulties
    • Understanding and communicatingwritten and verbal specificationseffectively
    • Conducting preliminary studies ofthe site including contours soil ecology buildings roads andheritage

    CandidateQualifications:
    Minimum qualifications ofB.Arch (Landscape) or M.Arch (Landscape); work portfolios aremandatory.
    RequiredSkills:
    • Good creativeflair and imagination
    • Interest in theenvironment with knowledge of tree lifesciences
    • Strong verbal and writtencommunication
    • Negotiation and leadershipability
    • Lateral and spatialthinking
    • Design managementskills
    • Knowledge of LEED certifications andsustainable landscaping
    • Minimum 5 years ofproven work experience as a landscapingarchitect
    • Good knowledge of building standardsfire norms and local authority norms
    • Keepingupdated with new requirements and upmarket knowledge isessential
