Responsibilties
Themajor responsibilities include but are not limitedtoMarket intelligence mapping for existing; upcoming industrial/warehousingsupplies.

Develop & maintainrelations with occupiers developers landlords andbrokers.
Keeping a track of land transactions& pricing thereof.
Competitionmapping i.e. keeping track of industrialtransactions.
Create and update database informats and IT platforms.

Populating theoption sheets for the team/ClientsCreatingProperty Information MemorandumsConductingsite visits with the ClientsLocal andoutstationtravelling
PerformanceobjectivesCreation andregular updation of inventory database for creating proposals forthe industrial and warehousing requirement of Mumbai/MMRregions.

Submission of options sheets to theclient/team on a Zero Day TATbasis.
