Food Industry Capacity & Skill Initiative (FICSI) is a Not-for-Profit Organization, supported by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and promoted by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI). FICSI, under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), focuses on developing occupational standards and qualification packs, conducting train-the-trainer programs, skill gap studies, and accrediting and affiliating training providers in the food processing sector.
Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Program Manager (Digital Training) at Food Industry Capacity & Skill Initiative (FICSI). The Program Manager (Digital Training) will be responsible for managing and implementing digital training programs aligned with the organization's goals. The job involves active engagement with food companies to identify skill and knowledge gaps. The role requires creating an ecosystem for designing and developing online training modules, collaborating with industry experts and academia and ensuring high-quality training delivery.The digital training will cover webinars, live sessions, podcasts, elearning modules etc targeted at young professionals working in food processing industry or planning to enter on completion of their degrees,
This is an on-site role located in New Delhi.
