    Job Title: ServiceNow Developer – ITAM

    Job Overview: As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow applications and modules, meeting the needs of the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Requirements Analysis:
    • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
    1. Design and Development:
    • Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
    • Customize and configure workflows, forms, fields, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and other ServiceNow components.
    • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on IT Asset Management.
    • In-depth knowledge of ITAM concepts, including asset discovery, procurement, software license management, and lifecycle management.
    • Develop and configure ServiceNow modules related to IT Asset Management, including Asset, Configuration, Contract, and Procurement Management.
    • Configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules to ensure accurate asset information and license compliance. Integrate ServiceNow ITAM solutions with other IT systems, such as Configuration Management Databases (CMDBs), help desk systems, and procurement systems
    • Stay current with industry trends, ServiceNow updates, and ITAM best practices to continuously optimize our asset management capabilities
    1. Integration:
    • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications as needed.
    • Develop and maintain integrations using web services, APIs, and other integration technologies.
    1. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including system administrators, business analysts, and quality assurance teams, to deliver high-quality solutions.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to meet evolving business needs.
    1. Testing and Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct unit testing and participate in quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability and functionality of developed solutions.
    1. Documentation:
    • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and test plans.
    1. Support and Maintenance:
    • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
    1. Training:
    • Train end-users and support teams on new features and functionality.
