    Brief Job Description :

    • Work closely with the configuration/ integration team and ensure timely project delivery.
    • Ensure all configurations, integrations, and customisations are thoroughly tested and ready for deployment.
    • Obtain customer feedback during UAT and distil into action items for our configuration and integration teams.
    • Write professionalgrade documentation to effectively guide customers through the onboarding process and maintain project documentation to trace all the activities completed during the project.
    • Drive GoLive preparation with the customer and ensure successful execution of the cutover plan, data migration and production deployment from the our company side.
    • Enable internal support teams to handhold the customer during the hypercare period.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to identify and communicate technical services and solutions.
    • Participate in latestage meetings with prospects to consult on product capability and educate on technical implementation (including configuration, integrations, and customisations)

    What you would do :

    • Partner with customers to understand the scope of the project, create a timeline, and drive the implementation through to successful completion.
    • Manage multiple software implementations for customers, acting as a hybrid of project manager and technical/business consultant.
    • Understand the Company's platform endtoend and lead solution design workshops with the customer.
    • Provide guidance and best practices on configuration options to meet customer needs.
    • Work closely with crossfunctional teams on addressing project deliverables and ironing out risk areas.
    • Write professionalgrade documentation to effectively guide customers through the onboarding process and maintain project documentation to trace all the activities completed during the project.
    • Drive project till Go-Live and ensure successful execution of cutover plan, data migration and production deployment.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and communicate technical services.
    • Participate in latestage meetings with prospects to consult on product capability and educate on technical implementation.
    • Develop repeatable and scalable processes to improve project quality and delivery.
    • Work with clients, business, and functional teams to gather requirements.
    • Reduce "Time to Revenue Recognition" and provide customers with a fast and effective onboarding experience.
    • Create product advocates within customer's organization.

    What you must have:

    • 35 years of experience implementing software solutions for the Enterprise B2B segment.
    • PMP/PRINCE2 certification would be a plus.
    • Experience of giving customer presentations / demonstrations.
    • Prior experience in managing a team will be preferred.
    • Outstanding project and time management skills skilled at keeping tasks on track while managing risk and ensuring effective crossteam communication.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Ability to navigate technical applications and gain a deep understanding of functionality.
    • Ability to build strong relationships to serve as a trusted advisor who can guide customers on best practices and platform optimisations.
    • Demonstrated drive to achieve stretch goals in a fastpaced environment.
    • Cando attitude you must be able to think outside the box, problemsolve complex and novel issues, and roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
    • Ability to travel to Domestic and International markets.
