    As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with customers to understand their business models and financials. Your expertise in identifying suitable Non-Traditional Banking (NTB) opportunities for Working Capital and Term Loan facilities will drive growth in Agri, Food processing & MSME Industries. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop open market sourcing through Dedicated Marketing Agents and Credit Analysts. Additionally, you will work closely with Credit and Risk functions, legal and technical teams, RCAD and GR/GTS teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

    Key Responsibilities include:
    1. Analyzing customer financials to identify NTB opportunities
    2. Developing and implementing strategies for Working Capital and Term Loan facilities
    3. Collaborating with internal teams to drive open market sourcing
    4. Ensuring timely perfection of security and post-disbursement deferrals

    This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
