- Drive planning and execution for scrum team, to deliver work assigned.
- Drive deadline driven customer work for new development as well as automation testing.
- Lead cross functional communications to deliver the work in multi-team dependency environment.
- Maintain knowledge of product architecture, connective dependencies, technical concerns such as rollout strategies, performance and scalability to ensure the right decisions are made
- Develop your team; provide regular feedback to help them learn and grow
- Foster a culture of engineering best practices, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Share the team vision and strategy to foster an understanding of the overall direction and the "why" behind decisions
- Over 12 years of professional experience , including more than 2 years in leadership roles within a technical environment.
- Experience leading QA + Dev deliveries /initiatives.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as:C#, Angular, JavaScript/jQuery, SQL, Selenium.
- Experience with databases preferably SQL Server and T-SQL
- C# development experience with multi-threading principles, good knowledge of .Net data structure and objects.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Experience and belief in CI/CD/DevOps
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize time as per the need.
- Experience leading teams in an agile environment.
- Track record of growing your engineers and teams
- Experience in stakeholder management across the globe.
- Collaborative approach to driving best possible results and outcome for the customer.
