ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handlingteam of Advisors TL/Dealers. Monitoring their performance revenuegeneration and cross sales.

Maintainingrelationship with Premium clients.

Advisingclients on Equity Derivatives Markets.

Creationof revenue & Activation of clients through effectiveAdvisory.

Cross selling of other products likeMutual fund PMS Insurance.

Handling Queries& complains handling escalations and redressing queries withinTAT.

Retaining the old clients by periodicmeetings.

Profiling clients by conducting indepth review of clients financial requirements analysinginformation & recommending portfolios.

Monitoring & enhancing Advisors Advising skills through calltracking weekly targets & meetings con calls.

Responsible to train and develop exiting team to nextlevel.

JOBSPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Qualifications: Educational Qualifications:Graduate or Equivalent.

Experience:

10Yrin Broking/Distribution of financial products/RelevantIndustry
