    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Key Accounts & Customer Success located in Nehru Place, New Delhi.

    The role will be responsible for managing and nurturing key accounts, developing business plans, ensuring exceptional customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to drive sales and success.

    The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities for growth, and effectively managing the entire customer lifecycle.

    Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.

    Achieving the sales targets by account mining for additional business through continuous client engagement, driving client referrals & Continuous relationship.

    Resolve any issues and problem faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
    Escalating & resolving areas of concern as raised by the clients.
    Engage & retain clients with immediate escalation facilitation, regular visits & value delivery.

    Qualifications3+ Years in Key account management, Customer Success or similar profileAnalytical Skills and Business PlanningAccount Management and Key AccountsCustomer Service skills resulting in customer satisfactionExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProven track record in managing key accounts and driving salesAbility to work independently and collaborativelyStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesPrior experience in the sales or marketing IT industry is preferredBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
