- Delivering on IT requirements of our clients
- Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial screening, sourcing the profiles, interviews, offers, joining formalities for IT requirements
- Use job boards, Internet sourcing, social media and other modes to source candidates for Client
- Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards critical positions and create a strong succession planning pool
- Client handling and Client Management experience is compulsory
- Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment for Contract Staffing
- Track daily recruiting activities and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
- Meet monthly targets
- Proven experience in IT Recruitment
- Mandatory experience in IT Recruitment and contractual staffing
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Hands on Experience in Naukri portal
- Self-starter, Self driven with an assertive, Can-Do, GO-GETTER attitude
- Cold Calling, Mapping, Sourcing, Screening
- Negotiation Skills
- Excellent with social media and all job portals
- Any Bachelor's degree from a recognized university/college is preferred.
