Role Profile

Position: Research Executive/Surveyor

Reporting: Direct Reporting to Senior Functional Resource

Experience: 1 to 5 years relevant work experience in Commercial Real Estate.

Principle Accountability

REs/Surveyors collect market information regarding Commercial Real Estate.

Gather data on newly available & existing properties, transactions, tenants, Property Managers in the

market & new development.

Coordinate between Transaction Managers & Representatives of Properties.

Gather market intelligence.

Essential Requirement for fitment

Bachelor's degree with 1 to 5 years relevant work experience in Commercial Real Estate.

Strong Interpersonal skills

Ability to provide efficient, timely, correct data regarding contact details of Property Manager, Land

Lord, specifications for building, unit, lease status, cost of parking space, common area

maintenance etc

Ability to handle information at the given platform on a regular basis.
