    • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
    • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
    • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
    • Assist visitors with inquiries and provide information about the company.
    • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meeting rooms.
    • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
    • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
    • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
    • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
    • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

    Qualification

    • Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and remain calm under pressure.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
    • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred.
    • Familiarity with telephone systems and office equipment.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
