    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Part-Time Medical Sales Representative to join our team.

    One Position open in Bengaluru and One in Hyderabad with at least 2 years of experience in health Tech/ medical/healthcare sales.

    The primary responsibility of this role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with Doctors/Physicians/ Poly Clinics/Hospitals, particularly doctors to promote our Software/Healthcare Information Technology Services effectively.

    This position offers flexible working hours, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals seeking part-time employment in the medical sales field.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant stakeholders within assigned territory.

    Promote Software/Healthcare Information Technology Services: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and uses of our Software/Healthcare Information Technology Services to healthcare professionals. Utilize persuasive techniques to influence prescribing behavior and increase Software/Healthcare Information Technology Services uptake.

    Educational Reach: Conduct educational presentations and training sessions for healthcare professionals to enhance their understanding of our Software/Healthcare Information Technology Services and their clinical applications.

    Provide Software/Healthcare Information Technology Services Support: Address inquiries from healthcare professionals regarding Software/Healthcare Information Technology Services specifications, usage guidelines, and potential side effects. Collaborate with the medical team to ensure accurate and timely responses to inquiries.

    Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team for strategic decision-making.

    Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets within the assigned territory. Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue generation.

    Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and expenses. Prepare regular reports and updates for the sales manager or supervisor.

    Requirements

    • Undergraduate/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration) preferred.
    • Previous experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales(2+years) is required.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in local language.
    • Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with healthcare professionals.
    • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Valid driver's license and 2 wheeler / 4 wheeler vehicle for travel within their city.
    • Working Conditions:
    • This is a part-time position, with flexible hours that may include evenings and weekends.
    • Travel within the city as required.
    • Work primarily conducted in healthcare facilities such as hospitals, poly clinics, Doctors, and physician clinics
