    Description

    Talent Acquisition:

    • Identify and evaluate recruitment channels for sourcing talent
    • Coordinate with the Corporate HR to formalize contracts/agreements with recruitment partners
    • Coordinate with recruitment partners for sourcing of profiles.
    • Use recruitment tools to source profiles and post vacancies.
    • Identify colleges/institutes that can provide us fresh talent and tie up with them for campus recruitments
    • Setup meetings and presentations in campus for hiring and as part of the employer branding initiatives
    • Conduct screening of sourced profiles and check experience and salary fitment
    • Conduct HR round of interview with candidates
    • Coordinate with stakeholders for interview process and feedback
    • Use competencybased evaluation tools/ assessments (technical/ nontechnical) that are available
    • Negotiate with selected candidates on salary and close offers
    • Coordinate with Corporate HR for release of offer letters and coordinate for prejoining formalities
    Onboarding

    • Create induction plans for new joiners in consultation with their RA's
    • Complete onboarding formalities for new joiners
    • Coordinate with Corporate HR for issue of appointment letters
    HRBP & Administrationo Execute all Corporate/Group HR interventions for the Foundation

    • Work closely with the programs team and stakeholders in Raintree Foundation to build/ update JDs on a regular basis to cater to changing organization needs.
    • Partner with internal stakeholders for addressing HR related matters
    • Create and maintain recruitment MIS for the Foundation and share regular updates with Head-HR
    • Liaise with Corporate HR to build Foundation specific engagement plans
    • Report/escalate important HR related matters to Corporate HR immediately to ensure timely handling and resolution
    • Manage employee grievances
    • Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures and also ensure implementation of the same for the Foundation
    • Manage employee lifecycle
    • Handle exit interviews and coordinate with Corporate HR to complete Exit formalities for Foundation employees.
    • Coordinate efforts for implementing the annual performance appraisal in the organization
    • Manage the HRMS and ensure that employee data is updated at all times.
    • Assist Corporate HR is payroll & benefits administration as and when required
    • Closely work with Corporate HR for smooth functioning of the department
    • Assist Corporate HR in special projects as and when required
