    Databricks Partner Manager | India | CME & Manufacturing Analytics

    Role Overview:

    As a Databricks Partner Manager dedicated to the CME & Manufacturing domain, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our partnership with Databricks. Your main objectives include fostering strong relationships, driving lead generation, and ensuring comprehensive understanding of Databricks product suites. Key responsibilities include –

  • Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Databricks, serving as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related matters. Collaborate on joint marketing initiatives and co-selling strategies.
  • Lead Generation: Develop partnership strategies aligned with business objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, executing lead generation campaigns targeting customers and prospects.
  • Understanding of Databricks' Products: Possess in-depth knowledge of Databricks products, services, and solutions. Stay updated on the latest developments in the Databricks ecosystem. Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams based on understanding of Databricks offerings.
  • Databricks Organization Ecosystem: Navigate Databricks' internal structure for effective collaboration. Build relationships with internal teams to support joint initiatives.
  • Team Development and Training: Mentor team members on Databricks products and conduct training sessions to enhance understanding of the ecosystem. Provide guidance to internal teams and customer stakeholders on Databricks' capabilities, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track partnership performance metrics and generate regular reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience at – Databricks or similar hyperscaler. Or partnership management experience in SaaS or technology industry.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of industry experience in related field such as technology, partnership management or another relevant area.
  • Deep understanding of Databricks' products, and partnership ecosystem preferred.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive growth initiatives.
  • Excellent listening, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with keen intellectual curiosity, meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, results-driven approach.
