About the Role

Talent Acquisition Specialist (Staffing Industry Experience Preferred)

We are seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, focusing on full-cycle technology recruitment for our diverse portfolio of clients. In this role, you'll source, engage, and place high-quality engineering talent—helping leading companies build strong technology teams.

Your mission is to deliver exceptional staffing solutions, foster lasting candidate relationships, and contribute to Recrivio's reputation as a trusted partner in tech hiring.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Cycle Recruitment:
• Source and recruit technology talent across technology and business operations experience.
2. Talent Pipeline Management:
• Build and nurture strong talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs of our clients.
3. Candidate Experience:
• Manage the hiring journey from initial application to offer, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
4. Client Management:
• Serve as a talent advisor, supporting client hiring managers by refining job requirements, developing recruitment strategies, and coaching on best hiring practices.
5. Metrics & Strategy:
• Develop and track recruitment metrics to optimize talent delivery and improve staffing strategies.
6. Market Intelligence:
• Proactively research market trends, sourcing strategies, and staffing best practices to give clients a competitive advantage.
7. Process Improvement:
• Suggest new ideas to enhance recruitment processes and candidate engagement.
8. Long-Term Relationship Building:
• Cultivate relationships with both active and passive candidates, maintaining engaged talent pools for future client opportunities.
9. Collaboration:
• Work closely with account managers and client partners to align on hiring priorities and organizational goals.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

1. 5+ years of experience in technology recruitment, preferably in a staffing agency
2. Strong understanding of technical roles and technology hiring across various levels
3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a dynamic workload
5. Creative thinking, problem-solving mindset, and a proactive attitude
6. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a collaborative team environment
