- Develop and implement strategies to drive overall growth and profitability of brands you manage.

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing single brand online retail businesses within a DTC model.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and strong coordination skills to effectively manage multiple crossfunctional teams.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Indepth knowledge and handson experience in performance marketing, digital channels, and customer acquisition/retention strategies.
- Proficiency in managing Shopify stores, including site administration, optimization, and merchandising.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive business decisions and continuously improve performance metrics.
