Abhi Marine stocks new and used engines, generators, and complete engines for marine and industrial use, serving clients worldwide. Abhi Marine offers complete engines (slow speed/high speed) (2-stroke & 4-stroke) that are procured from shipboard and tested at reputable workshops. Every generator is procured and offered with the customer's requirement in mind. Over the last 35 years, AMPL has partnered with leading ship management companies to help run their tonnage in a more cost-effective way.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer located in Belāpur. The Chief Operating Officer will oversee daily operations, manage the company's operational performance, and develop and execute business strategies to ensure the company's continued growth. He will coordinate with client-side Technical superintendents, as well as, internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2E or CE from DMET
• Business Planning and Operations Management skills
• Analytical Skills
• Finance and Budgeting skills
• Experience in executive leadership roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Marine engineering degree from DMET
• Diploma in Business Administration, Operations, or related field is an added advantage
• Experience in monitoring/ setting up marine workshop is a plus
