Description
OverviewTo support day to day technical administration of LMS (SuccessFactor & Schoox) along with eLearning development & testing. This involves just not the usability testing but also learnability testing and hence has an extensive testing suite, with a large focus on the end-user experience.
Responsibilities· Management of courses ,creating courses, classes, curricula, enrollement ,surveys ,assessments and re ports
· Define and assign user permissions with appropriate permission levels
· Provide eLearning assistance, includes SCORM wrapping , package testing and packing delopying into l learning platforms
· Troubleshoot contents across a range of browser and devices and makes decision to fix them
· Mentor and support internal resources in uploading of SCORM packages and Course test activitie s as cycle testing using test scripts or instructions
The ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities with the flexibility to meet the demands of the team when needed
