    Description

    The Channel Partner Manager is responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue. They identify and onboard new partners, provide support and training, and manage the performance of existing partners.

    Job description

    Responsibilities:

    1) Setting up & activation of new channel partners and overseeing the on-boarding process

    2) Handle Channel partners and regular meeting with current active Channel Partners and ensuring business flow continuation ( with Client Site visits and concluding them for sales)

    3) Handling Clients of Channel Partner for Deal Closures

    4) Keeping an appropriate market survey analysis to help understand the market trend and assist Channel Partner activation

    6) Maintaining proper reporting of daily sales activity to map performance

    7) Maintaining proper database records of all the Channel Partners interacted across all zones

    8) Should be able to source Channel Partners via various mediums and keep a pre-sourced database of the same

    9) Sourcing Leads: Identify and generate high quality leads in the real estate market through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.

    10)Handling Walk-in Clients and Managing Client Visits.

    Candidate preferred with real estate experience Only.
