- Experience Domain driven development, test driven development and behavior driven development.
- Experience in CQRS and CQS
- Experience in Containers technologies and its orchestration
- Knowledge of data transformation tools and frameworks.
- Experience in scaling a monolithic application to micro services.
- GCP, AWS, Azure and related technologies.
- Implementing SSO and identity manager solutions
- PAAS and SAAS products development.
- HLD, LLD, DLD, SAD documentation.
- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
- Should be able to analyse the systems and share the estimates based on the suggested architecture and technologies
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering OR Equivalent with 10+ years of IT Software Service Industry experience
- A track record of performance excellence meeting and exceeding targets and objectives
- Experience developing and executing tactical plans for lead generation, appointment fixing.
- Respectful and outstanding account management and communication skills
- Strong command in Selling Solutions and managing multiple clients
