    KeyResponsibilities:1.


    TeamLeadership:
    Lead and manage the presales team providing guidancementoring and support toensure highperformance and achievement of targets. Foster a collaborative andcohesiveteamenvironment.2.


    Presales Strategy:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive presalesstrategy aligned with theorganization'ssales objectives.
    Define the presales processes methodologies and best practices toimprove efficiencyandeffectiveness.3.


    Customer Engagement:
    Engagewith key customers understand their business needs andidentifyopportunities to provide valueaddedsolutions. Build strong relationships with customersaddressingtheir concerns and ensuring highlevels of customer satisfaction.4.


    SolutionDevelopment:
    Collaborate with the product management andengineering teams to understandthe productroadmap and translate customer requirements into compellingsolution offerings. Participatein the designand development of customized solutions to meet clientneeds.5.


    Sales Support:
    Work closely withthe sales team to support the sales process includingproposaldevelopment product demonstrationsand technical presentations. Provide technical expertiseandguidance during sales meetings andnegotiations.6.


    Market Intelligence:
    Stayupdated on industry trends competitors and market dynamics. Conductmarketresearch and analysis to identifyemerging opportunities and potential challenges. Use this knowledgetodrive innovation and improve theorganization's presalescapabilities.7.


    Performance Tracking andReporting:
    Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)to measurethe effectiveness of the presalesteam. Monitor and analyze performance data generate regularreportsand provide actionable insights tosenior management.8.


    Continuous Improvement:
    Identify areas for process improvement and implement initiatives toenhancethe efficiency and effectiveness ofthe presales function. Foster a culture of continuous learningandprofessional development within theteam.

    Requirements:Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business EngineeringComputer Science) is required. Anadvanceddegree or MBA is a plus. Proven experiencein a senior presales role with a track record of success in drivingsales growth andcustomersatisfaction. Strong technical knowledge andunderstanding of the products/services being offered as well astheindustrylandscape.
    Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability toinspire and motivate a diverse teamofprofessionals. Exceptional communication andpresentation skills with the ability to effectively conveycomplextechnical concepts to both technicaland nontechnical stakeholders.

    Strongknowledge on Windows & Linux OS &Networking & Security Strongknowledge on Hypervisors &Virtualization Strong knowledge onStorage Should have worked at least in Asst.
