    Description

    Salesforce Developer (Lead) with skills in Salesforce Technical, Salesforce Apex, Salesforce Functional for locations in Any Infogain Base Location (Noida, Gurugram, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune)

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Role: SFDC Engineer

    Experience Required: 8 to 11 Years

    Educational Qualification: BE/ B Tech / MCA / Any Degree

    Skills: Salesforce configurations, Apex, LWC, Service Cloud, Integrations, Lightning, Communities

    • Minimum of 8 years of Salesforce development experience
    • Completion of a coding exercise during the interview process is mandatory
    • Proficiency in integrations
    • Mastery in Service Cloud functionality
    • Familiarity with Chat and Chatbots
    • Understanding of Experience Cloud and Customer Community platforms
    • Advanced expertise in product, service, and solution design and development
    • Capacity to formulate responses and devise solutions tailored to customer needs

    Nice to have:

    • Platform 1\2 Developer Certified is required
    • Certified Service Cloud Consultant

    EXPERIENCE
