Position Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on Talent Acquisition at StrategyCo.
Global, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment process.
This role is designed for individuals who recently completed a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
With a minimum of 6 months of relevant HR experience, you will contribute to the growth of our team through your enthusiasm for talent acquisition and your eagerness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Sourcing:
Assist in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Candidate Engagement:
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
Foster a positive candidate experience during recruitment.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate candidate records.
Assist in generating reports on recruitment metrics.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the HR team on various initiatives.
Support in organizing recruitment events and employer branding activities.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
