- Collaborate with the HR head and leadership team to define and govern the HR agenda
- Assist in the development and implementation of short-term and long-term HR project plans/charters
- Oversee and manage key projects and initiatives, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget
- Establish project milestones, allocate resources, and monitor progress
- Deliver routine, concise updates on project statuses and next steps and support thorough preparation of the leadership team for upcoming discussions, commitments, meetings, and governance forums

- 15+ years professional experience preferably with international organizations having global in-house delivery BFSI GCCs
- Proven experience in a Chief of Staff or similar strategic business manager role
