About the internship:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Growth and Business Developer Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving business growth, adept at market research, skilled in lead generation, and eager to support various marketing initiatives.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Building business cases and points of view (POV): Analyze market trends and consumer behaviors to develop compelling business cases, and craft persuasive Points of View (POV) for both internal stakeholders and prospective clients, showcasing PE's value proposition and unique offerings

2. Market research and lead generation: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential growth opportunities, and generate new leads through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships

3. Building sourcing database: Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of upcoming and new clients, including contact information, preferences, and key insights

4. Traditional lead generation methods: Utilize traditional lead generation methods such as cold calling and email campaigns to engage with potential clients and partners

5. Organizing client meet-ups: Coordinate and organize onsite and online meet-ups with clients to foster relationships, understand their needs, and explore collaboration opportunities

6. Supporting marketing team: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content for various marketing channels, including sales presentations, website content, and promotional materials
