- Ensuring smooth execution of projects by setting up the project scope, preparing schedule, review on progress & cost.
- Execution of short cycle shut down projects involving retrofits projects, exposure to domestic as well as international projects.
- Close monitoring of critical path activities & escalation to ensure timely completion of activities.
- Close co-ordination with construction, site and customers during shut-down.
- Monitoring budget, tracking commercial documentations and cash collection.
- Project status reporting, attending reviews.
- Responsible for delivering customer expectations.
- Contract closure in all respect.
- Acting as point of contact for all internal functions and customer.
