Job Description:
Full & Final Settlement and Payroll Processing

Payroll and Full & Final settlement processing (F&F) and timely payoutResponsible for collating the F&F/Payroll inputsCreation of F&F, payroll journals and bank transfer filesObtain necessary approvals from all authorities post checking the F&F sheets and send it to finance for processingDispatch of relieving letter, experience letter, recovery letter to employeesResolve employee queries with respect to F&F and status of their settlementMaintaining of FNF trackerCorrect and timely calculation of recovery in respect of absconding/abandonment casesSupport payroll team in monthly payroll processing, closing internal and external auditsTimely preparation & releasing various reports/MISHandle and be involved in payroll - month end closing activitiesGood in process improvementOthers

Vendor Management - Creating Vendors agreement & Processing invoicesLiaise with group system/IT apps for resolving issues related to FNF processing

Preferred candidates:
Graduate with 3 plus years of experience in Indian Payroll processing

SAP experience preferredLocation:
Mumbai (Vikhroli)
