    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive Office Secretary at Continental Mercantile Corporation Pvt Ltd in Kochi. As an Executive Office Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to executives, managing communication, performing company secretarial work, and delivering excellent customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office.

    Qualifications
    • Clerical Skills: Proficiency in administrative tasks, such as organizing files, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings
    • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with executives, clients, and stakeholders
    • Computer Skills: Knowledge of computer software including document preparation, record-keeping, and compliance
    • Executive Administrative Assistance: Experience in providing high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and handling confidential information
    • Customer Service: Ability to deliver excellent customer service and efficiently resolve inquiries and issues
