Job Description:

1. Food & Beverage Serving in Restaurants and Banquets

2. Serving in Bar if Required

3. Taking care of serving in floors, Parties, Club, Bar

4. Preparing Bills in Hotel Software or in IDS

5. Understanding Guest Requirements & responding them well

6. Solving Guest Queries with the help of manager or supervisor

7. Taking initiative in other assignments as given by Supervisor or Manager

8. Attending Guest Calls, Knowing their requirement and respond accordingly

9. Preparing Reports if required

10. Reporting to Supervisor or Manager
