- Greet passengers, verify tickets and travel documents (passport, visa, etc.)
- Assign seats to passengers
- Issue boarding passes, which are documents that allow passengers to board the aircraft
- Assist with baggage check-in and weigh luggage
- Provide assistance to passengers, including those with special needs or those experiencing fear of flying
- Process passengers at the boarding gate, ensuring they have the correct boarding pass and documents
- Handle reservations & ticketing (domestic and international)
- Provide end-to-end services to clients
- Communicate with clients over the telephone, emails, and WhatsApp
- Take care of the safety and security of passengers on flights
- Serve meals on board to customers with a hospitality attitude
- Any graduate, postgraduate, or diploma holder can apply
