    Skills Required : Knowledge of GST, DGFT, LC opening, Accounting and SAP

    Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Checking customer Invoice & Entries in SAP (including e-way bill generation)
  • Checking supplier Invoice & Entries in SAP
  • Checking Cashflow & FD entries twice in week
  • Statutory Compliance
  • DSC Register maintenance
  • Providing the Inwards remittance details to Bank
  • Checking the Customs duty calculation
  • DGFT Work, e-BRC
  • GR Waiver
  • LC Preparation
  • Working on GST Notice as and when received
  • IDPMS
  • EDPMS
  • Monthly Reporting (RMA & RMT), Word Documents
  • Provision Entry for Quarterly closing (i.e. Audit Fee, Prepaid Entry, etc.)
  • Board Meeting related work
  • Royalty Working (quarterly Basis)
  • Filling of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Outstanding Report (Half Yearly Basis)
  • Internal Audit co-ordination
  • Account Closing work
  • Statutory Compliance
  • Filling of Directors KYC
  • Renewal of CGL Policy
  • Audit Work
  • LEI filing
