We are in search of an Optometrist for a high-end Eyewear Boutique chain located in Mangalore, Karnataka.

Key roles and responsibilities include:

Conduct precise eye examinations and provide vision corrections.
Educate patients on proper eye care methods to promote eye health.
Offer guidance to customers in selecting the most suitable eyeglasses.
Assist customers with choosing and using contact lenses.
Drive sales and meet targets at the store.
Handle customer concerns and address vision-related issues effectively.
Demonstrate strong communication skills, technical expertise in optical instruments, and the ability to work autonomously.

Responsible for refraction counseling and sales of optical products such as Spectacle Frames, Lenses, and Contact Lenses.
Oversee store operations and collaborate with team members.
Must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, sales acumen, and leadership capabilities.

Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a reputable optical store that offers international brands of spectacles, frames, and contact lenses.
