    OverviewWe are currently looking for a Program Manager to work directlywith the Program Lead and the senior leadership team The candidatewill be expected to establish grow and lead relationships withsenior officials and stakeholders while being a part a smallhighperformance team with collaborative workculture

    • Establishingstrong connect with district(s)stakeholders.
    • Become trust advisor on ECE/FLN.
    • Enhanced skills of teachers resulting fromteacher trainings
    • Constant relevant andmeaningful insights from thefield

    Keyactivities1. Conductingregular field visits calling parents andteachers2. Communicating regularly with allkey stakeholders BSA/ DPO BEOs/ CDPOs etc.3.Conducting regular teacher training4. Takingownership of the projects/workstreams and managing itendtoend5. Performing other relevant day today operational tasks6. Developing andmaintaining relations with multiple governmentofficials
    Areasof responsibilities1. Weeklyupdates and Quarterly reports2. Allcommunication requirements and protocols3.Districtwide implementation of RLsprograms4. Being a team player andsupporting theteam
    Criticalfactors for success1. Abilityto liaison with government systems on a regularbasis2. Ability to take leadership inambiguous situations even whenunsupervised3. Seamless communication withyour managers and colleagues4. Closealignment with RLs core values andprinciples.5. Mission driven enthusiasticand optimistic committed totransformation.6. Experience of 13 years inthe developmentsector.
