    Description

    Job Title: Sr Digital Marketing Specialist

    Location: Remote

    Salary: High commission payout only (no fixed salary)

    Shift: Night shift (US timings)

    Ideal profile: Freelancers

    Job Overview: As a startup, we're looking for a versatile and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about both astrology and the ever-evolving world of digital marketing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to play a key role in growing our online presence from the ground up.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Craft and implement effective digital marketing strategies tailored to our startup's goals, including SEO, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
    2. Content Creation: Create compelling, astrology-focused content for our website, blog, and social media platforms, ensuring consistency and engagement.
    3. Build Online Community: Actively engage with our audience across digital platforms, fostering a community of astrology enthusiasts.
    4. Analytics and Adaptation: Monitor digital campaign performance and website analytics; swiftly adapt strategies in response to data insights.
    5. Collaborative Growth: Work closely with the founding team to align marketing strategies with overall business goals, contributing to the startup's growth and direction.
    6. Budget Management: Efficiently manage a limited marketing budget, prioritizing high-impact activities and resource allocation.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Experience in digital marketing, preferably in a startup or small business environment.
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
    • Ability to produce creative and engaging content.
    • Interest in or knowledge of astrology is a significant plus.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work in a remote team environment.
    • Self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively.
