- Graduate/Post graduate degree in business, administration, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- In depth sales experience, with industry expertise and proven track record against getting good business deals & generating revenue

Business Development ExecutiveJob Description: To increase our revenue over 1 year by selling loose laboratory grown diamonds to Jewelers & Retailers in USA by telephone & email marketing.
Outcomes Expected:
1) To sell a minimum of $240,000 of loose laboratory grown diamonds by end of Year 1.
2) The targeted sale should be spread among a minimum of 10
customers.
3) Negotiate and close deals with customers
4) Collaborate with team to achieve better results
5) 30 new client registrations every month on our website to access our B2B live inventory.
6) Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
7) Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
8) Deliver monthly sales & forecast reports that are 90% accurate.
9) Design and roll out sales training to all new BPO sales Executives joining the team.
